Since the beginning of 2025, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season:
The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid with Visa or Master card.

Visit the Monastery of Arkadi in the mountains or go within 15 minutes to the nearest sandy beach.
The port city of Rethymnon with shops, Lidl, restaurants and culture can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
Getting there
Fly to Heraklion or Chania. Both airports are about 85 km to the villa. After booking, you will receive detailed directions. We're also on site.
