Cancellation policy
Since the beginning of 2025, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season:
The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid with Visa or Master card.

Schöne und komfortable Villa mit einer beeindruckenden Dachterrasse, von der aus Sie den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein genießen können. Zudem ein schöner Garten mit Pool und Rasenfläche. Von dem Dorf aus gelangen Sie bequem mit dem Bus nach Rethymno, wo die Altstadt voller Restaurants ist. Das Dorf Prines (in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar) verfügt über 3 Tavernen und einen kleinen Laden. Axel war ein großartiger Gastgeber und die Tavernen im Dorf waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Veranda war unser Favorit. Wir würden die Villa Olympia auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Die Villa ist fantastisch; wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht und es war einfach wunderschön. Der Pool ist beeindruckend und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Unser Vermieter gab uns großartige Tipps, wo man essen kann. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Rethymno ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr.
