Villa Luisa is located in Peroj on the southwest coast of the region and the peninsula of Istria. Peroj is located 10 km from Pula, the largest city in Istria and 2 km from Fažana.
Peroj is the perfect place for a family vacation as close to a lot of beaches, there are shops and restaurants. Away from the crowds, which is characteristic of the larger cities.
An ideal location for visiting other towns in Istria. From Fažane you can visit the national park Brioni. The house is surrounded by a garden with flowers, shrubs, olive trees, palm trees and figs.
Getting there
After highway driving choose motorway exit Vodnjan, follow the road to Peroj.
Opposite the church in Peroj there is a road that leads to the sea. Follow the road and after 200 meters turn right.

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der nette Vermieter ist jeden Tag für ein paar Stunden anzutreffen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Der lange Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fahrten mit dem Auto sind problemlos den es sind genügend kostenlose Parkplätze am Strand vorhanden. Vielen Dank!

Es war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien mit unseren 3 Kindern. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und der Vermieter sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung hat fast alles für einen wunderschönen Urlaub (nur die Waschmaschine hat uns gefehlt, aber das ist ja für eine Woche nicht besonders schlimm gewesen).Peroj ist ein sehr hübsches Dörfchen neben Fazana und gat einen schönen Strand ganz in der Nähe (gut zu Fuß zu erreichen). Ein Paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch und für den größeren Einkauf sind wir nach Pula gefahren. Wir werden ganz bestimmt irgendwann wiederkommen in die hübsche Villa Luisa )))
