Legal:
> All prices are in euros including 7% VAT
> Cancellation policy/disclaimer
Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the trip is free of charge with a 100% refund minus the booking fee of €17.
Otherwise: Booking amounts will be refunded 50% less the booking fees of €17 up to 21 days before the start of the trip.
If canceled less than 21 days before the start of the trip, there will be no refund.
The supply fee of €80 would be refunded in any case if check-in does not take place.
> In principle, your stay on the houseboat Habitide and in the Schleswig city harbor is at your own risk.
The same applies to the dinghy and its use.
By booking a holiday on Habitide, you expressly agree to this regulation.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time at our discretion in the event of extreme weather conditions and other circumstances that would affect your safety on board.
You will then receive the entire booking amount back. This does not give you any entitlement to compensation for damages from us.
The same applies to a cancellation on our part due to the Corona situation or similar. By booking a holiday on Habitide, you also agree to this regulation, which serves your safety.

Your holiday house boat is not only pure relaxation , but also is in the middle of many fine leisure activities , you can die schedule . It is best to book immediately ;)

So im Hafen liegen, meistens Sonne, kurze Wege zum Schloß, Haithabu etc. Schön entspannt.
