Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation:
Cancellation
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price
- up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to rent the property to someone else.
In the case of a Covid "situation," arrangements will be made individually.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Lage super, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war super sauber und sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Drazenka war eine liebevolle Gastgeberin und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
