Our bright and cosy apartment with 3 bedrooms, an large open kitchen/dining & living area, 1 bathroom and a guest toilet is located in the village centre of Lenggries. You will stay in a central yet quiet location. Both balconies offer you a view of the mountain peaks in the south and magnificent sunsets over the "Brauneck", a local mountain. Wherever possible, we exposed the hand-trimmed wooden beams and manufactured furniture by using very old timber. All shopping facilities are within walking distance, e.g. Grünes Warenhaus (organic market), excellent butcher's shops and bakeries as well as grocery discounters. The stop for the ski shuttle serving the Brauneck mountain and the train station are just a short walk away.
The new flat in the attic was built in accordance with ecological standards and the wooden beams add a lot of flair. The stunningly beautiful Isarwinkel region allows you to slow down and relax as you leave the daily hustle and bustle behind.

The lovely village Lenggries is situated directly at the river Isar amidst an impressive mountain landscape. In the summer, the region turns into a paradise for cyclists and hikers with countless tour options starting from leisurely cycling along the banks of the river Isar to demanding mountain bike tours, and from child-friendly mountain hikes to hiking 1000 metres in altitude. Those who want to take it easy can take the cable railway to the Brauneck and hike on high altitude trails, amidst blooming mountain pastures, from hut to hut. In the winter months, the Brauneck ski area provides almost 30 km of slopes.
You'll find our "Platzl" right in Lenggries' village centre, near the St. Jakob church. From here you can undertake various activities such as long, challenging or easier hiking tours, wild water rafting, standup paddleboarding, experience spectacular lake and/or river sceneries, and -of course- cycling, mountain biking and swimming. Trips to the Karwendel mountain range, the "Eng" mountain pastures, the lakes Walchensee, Tegernsee or Schliersee and many more places only take 30-45 minutes by car. A convenient 50-minute train ride will take you to our provincial capital Munich. Ask us: we are happy to provide tips!
