Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels or terminates the agreement before the end of their stay, the full rental amount for the agreed period remains payable unless the guest finds a replacement acceptable to the property owner who takes over the booking under the applicable conditions and no alternative accommodation is available. If the property owner has already found a replacement guest, that guest will have priority. In both cases, an administration fee of 5% of the rental amount will be charged, with a minimum of €27.50 and a maximum of €55.00.
For bookings covering a period shorter than one season, the following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 4 months before arrival: 25% of the agreed rental price
Up to 3 months before arrival: 50% of the agreed rental price
Up to 1 month before arrival: 75% of the agreed rental price
Within 1 month before arrival: 90% of the agreed rental price
On the arrival date: 100% of the agreed rental price
If the accommodation is rebooked by another guest for the same period or part of the period, and no alternative accommodation is available during that time, the cancellation fee will be refunded proportionally, minus administration costs. The administration fee is 5% of the agreed rental price, with a minimum of €27.50 and a maximum of €55.00.
