Not far from the property lies the charming fishing village of Burgau, which features a lovely, small sandy beach right on the Atlantic coast.
On the hills rising to the east of Burgau, there stands a remarkably well-preserved ruin of a windmill, which can be easily reached via one of the hiking trails along the cliffs.
The relatively undiscovered Costa Vicentina—with its rugged coastline, beaches, and extensive nature reserve—is also in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, the popular and historically significant town of Lagos—boasting a marina, markets, and an old town with narrow, inviting alleyways perfect for a leisurely stroll—is just a 15-minute drive away.
