Restaurants neer by: Najade (fish restaurant), Delfino (pizza and pasta). The neighbourhood is safe, quiet and not densely populated. There are mainly private permanently occupied houses around. Although close to the sea, the area is not overcrowded and you can easily find room on the beach even in high season (beaches are rocky, mostly pebbles).
