Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem komfortablen Studio! Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und die Heizung sorgte für eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, inklusive Kaffeemaschine – ein nettes Extra für den Morgen. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Paris plant!

Nun ja. Es war das erste Mal, dass mein Kind in Paris war. Gemischte Gefühle.
Wir hatten für eine frühere Anreise bezahlt. Wir kamen um 13 Uhr an. Die Wohnung war eiskalt. Es gab keine Heizung. Es ist Ende März und draußen ist es immer noch recht kalt. Ein schwarzer Müllsack mit schmutziger Bettwäsche vom Vormieter stand im „Schrank“ hinter einem roten Vorhang. Ich rief im Büro an und erhielt eine E-Mail, dass sie jemanden vor Ort kontaktiert hatten. Gegen 14:30 Uhr hörte ich jemanden draußen fegen. Sie gehörte zum Reinigungsteam. Sie nahm den Sack und sagte, sie würde uns eine funktionierende Heizung und eine Decke bringen. Ich bekam die Decke erst gegen 22:30 Uhr (wir schliefen in unseren Klamotten).
Vorteile: Die Lage ist gut, zwei U-Bahn-Linien sind fußläufig erreichbar, und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Dusche hat eine ordentliche Größe, aber das Warmwasser ist schnell alle. Die kleine Küche ist mit Spüle und Mikrowelle ausgestattet, sodass man bei Bedarf kochen kann. Außerdem gibt es eine Auswahl an Kaffee und Tee.
Nachteile: Viele. Schlechte Schalldämmung, Schimmel im Badezimmer, verstopfter Abfluss im Waschbecken, abblätternde Farbe und beschädigte Wände, schlechte Beleuchtung, muffiger Geruch, schlechte Heizung, quietschendes Bett (man kann weder schlafen noch sich bewegen). Außerdem fährt die Bahn direkt darunter, sodass man jede Vibration spürt. Ich habe ein Foto, das ich gerne einreichen würde.
