• 59 to 30 days before the arrival date: cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental price.
• Less than 30 days before the arrival date or in case of non-arrival (No-Show): cancellation fee of 90% of the total rental price.
We highly recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.

• By Car: Take the A12/SS1 Aurelia highway to the "San Vincenzo Nord" exit. Follow signs to the "La Conchiglia" area (Via della Principessa).
• By Plane: Pisa International Airport (PSA) is 75 km away (approx. 50 mins via SS1). Car rentals available at the airport.
• By Train: San Vincenzo railway station is well connected. The property is a 5-minute taxi ride from the station.
If you love the sea, San Vincenzo marina is just 1.3 km away, offering wonderful boat excursions across the Tuscan Archipelago. For daily ferries to Elba Island, the main port of Piombino is located about 22 km away.
