Cancellation policy
You can always withdraw from the lease prior to the rental period. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal at the lessor is decisive. In this case, we will try to rent the rental property elsewhere. If this does not happen, however, you have to pay a reasonable compensation (cancellation fees) according to the following list
From 10 weeks before the start of the rental 20% of the total rent
From 8 weeks before the start of the rental 40% of the total rent
From 6 weeks before arrival 60% of the total rent
From 4 weeks before start of rental 80% of the total rent
From 2 weeks before arrival 90% of the total rent
You are always entitled to proof that the lessor has suffered no or only minor damage.
For cancellations 10 weeks before arrival, a lump sum of 25EUR is due.

Ferienwohnung Auszeit Harz. Wir waren 6 Personen mit 3 Hunden und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll und passend zur Weihnachtszeit eingerichtet. Von Teller, Tassen, Gläser bis zum Dosen- und Flaschenöffner war vorhanden. Die Einteilung mit offener Küche, Sitzecke und Wohnraum war für uns die ideale Konstellation. Somit konnte jeder das machen was er wollte und doch waren alle zusammen. Alles war sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Auf der Rückseite Wald für Gassi gehen mit den Hunden, auf der Vorderseite war man in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Außerdem sind innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mehrere sehr gute Restaurants erreichbar. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir spontan noch 2 Tage verlängert. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

Wir,4 Erwachsene,1 Kind,2Hunde aus Thüringen haben die Weihnachtsfeiertage 2025 in der Ferienwohnung AUSZEIT in Bad Sachsa verlebt.Wir waren die ersten, die diese tolle,neu eingerichtete Wohnung bewohnen durften.Sofort war klar:Wir haben das große Los gezogen ! EINE PERLE VON FERIENWOHNUNG !Hier ist alles stimmig; großzügige Räumlichkeiten ;moderne Möbel; gehobene Ausstattung ; die Küche vom Feinsten ! Liebevolle Dekoration - Hier hat die Gastgeberin viel Fingerspitzengefühl bewiesen.Zu unserer Überraschung erwartete uns ein weihnachtliches Präsent von unseren freundlichen Gastgebern.Wir konnten hier perfekt ausspannen und ein harmonisches Fest in Familie verleben!Gesagt werden muß noch,daß die zentrale Lage zu allen Jahreszeiten ideal für Erkundungen und Ausflüge ist!
