Cancellation policy
You can always withdraw from the lease prior to the rental period. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal at the lessor is decisive. In this case, we will try to rent the rental property elsewhere. If this does not happen, however, you have to pay a reasonable compensation (cancellation fees) according to the following list
From 10 weeks before the start of the rental 20% of the total rent
From 8 weeks before the start of the rental 40% of the total rent
From 6 weeks before arrival 60% of the total rent
From 4 weeks before start of rental 80% of the total rent
From 2 weeks before arrival 90% of the total rent
You are always entitled to proof that the lessor has suffered no or only minor damage.
For cancellations 10 weeks before arrival, a lump sum of 25EUR is due.

Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Da wir spät am Abend angekommen sind, wurde die Schlüsselübergabe perfekt durch einen Safe geregelt! Das Ferienhaus verfügt schließlich über alles, was man benötigt – Teller, Besteck usw. Auch die Sauberkeit war beeindruckend. Die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Informationsblatt für Freizeitaktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. ist großartig! Ich finde es ebenfalls toll, dass es eine kleine Auswahl an DVDs und Büchern gibt. Ansonsten ist es ein wunderschönes, gemütliches Haus mit einem eigenen kleinen Gartenbereich. Die Kaution wurde auch zwei Tage nach unserer Abreise auf unser Konto zurücküberwiesen �. Wir würden gerne wieder ins Fuchsbau in Blockhaus 2 kommen.

Liebvoll eingerichtete Blockhütte in Steina. Familie Fuchs verdient alle 5 Sterne. Wir haben uns im Fuchsbau Blockhütte 1 sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und super freundliche Vermieter. Unser pelziger Freund hat es geliebt. Viele schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe. Vielen Dank, Familie Fuchs, es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Familie Otto
