Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the renter withdraws from the rental contract without naming a new tenant, the following prorated rental fees are to be paid as reparation, taking into account the expenses saved, provided that a further letting is not possible:
i) Up to 28 days before the date of arrival - full refund
ii) Up to 21 days before the date of arrival - 80% refund of the booking price
iii) Up to 14 days before the date of arrival - 50% refund of the booking price

Holiday destination
For cultural acttivties or culinary delights, you have good connections to Dresden and Leipzig. You can reach both cities by car in less than an hour or by regional train via Oschatz. There are various castles and fortresses in the surrounding area. If you prefer swimming and water sports, head to the bathing lakes in the south of Leipzig. For more challenging hiking routes, head to the "Erzgebirge" or "Sächsische Schweiz" - both are just a 1.5 to 2 hour drive away.

You reach Oetzsch via the A14 motorway exit for Leisnig. Towards Mügeln. (See location map on our homepage.)

Wir haben im historischen Gutshaus Oetzsch eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Das Ambiente und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, sowie der traumhafte , parkähnliche Garten haben unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was der Urlauber für eine schöne Auszeit benötigt. Wir und unser Hundejunge Bembis haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein Dankeschön gilt auch Herrn und Frau Böhme, die diese Ferienwohnung verwalten und mit Herzlichkeit die Gäste willkommen heißen. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und einladende Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die Dahlener Heide für ausgiebige Wanderungen und eine Fahrt mit der Döllnitzbahn sind sehr zu empfehlen.
