Das Haus hat eine angenehme Größe. Ein Vorteil ist die Trennung von Schlafbereich und Wohn-/Essbereich. Es gibt zwei schöne Badezimmer. Die Duschen müssten allerdings erneuert werden. Warmes Wasser lässt lange auf sich warten. Der Garten könnte etwas Pflege vertragen. Esszimmer und Kissen sind nicht besonders leicht zu reinigen. Für größere Gruppen ist zu wenig Besteck vorhanden.
