Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is generally up to 4 weeks before arrival. However, I prefer to review it on a per-booking basis and can indicate it accordingly when someone makes a reservation with us.
The prices vary quite a bit, ranging from €79.00 to €142.00 per night. This is because our rates are seasonal. Once the accommodation is ready, I enter the prices myself. A cleaning fee of €65.00 per stay is always added.
Additionally, there is a tourist tax of €2.42 per person per night, which also applies to babies. This is mandatory in the municipality of Veere.
Our accommodation is suitable for 2 adults and 1 baby/child over 3 years old. We also provide a baby cot and a high chair, which we set up if a baby or child (up to 3 years) is coming.
I personally keep track of the reserved weeks/days when I receive a booking via another platform.
Changeover days are generally Monday and Friday. During the summer months, changeovers are only on Friday.

The beautiful clean beach is accessible 500 meters from the house. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year.
You can do many activities in Westkapelle and surrounding villages, such as fishing, surfing and shopping. The surrounding villages are easily accessible by bike, as are the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen.
