Cancellation policy
You can withdraw at any time from your booked trip. In this case, we charge the following pro rata rents as compensation:
- after deposit, up to 30 days before departure: 20% of the rent - up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rent
- 7 days before arrival: 80% of the rent
All resignations must be in writing. Decisive is the date of receipt of the letter from the landlord. If the trip is interrupted during the stay, 100% of the contract price must be paid. If there is no cancellation and the renter does not travel, the same conditions apply.
In case of no-show without notice, the apartment will be vacated 24 hours after arrival. A right to purchase the object no longer exists. We recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance. If, due to unforeseen circumstances such as accident or illness, you are unable to travel or have to leave unscheduled, this insurance will replace a large part of your cancellation costs. The insurance must be completed no later than 14 days after the booking has been completed.

Freudenstadt with its famous marketplace invites you to stroll. Freiburg, Baden Baden, Strasbourg are easily accessible by car or train (free with the KONUS card). A detour to the shopping paradise Metzingen offers itself. To relax you will find in Freudenstadt a leisure pool with great SPA area.
Holiday destination
Close to the center and yet very quiet in a quiet residential area.
Numerous hiking trails lie directly on the doorstep. A playground with soccer field is about 200m away.
The center with restaurants and shops and the historic monastery are just a 10-minute walk away. The hillside location of the apartment house offers great views of the valley and the surrounding Black Forest backdrop. As a starting point for excursions ideal.
Getting there
Alpirsbach is a small picturesque town in the northern Black Forest. It is famous for its historic monastery and the famous monastery brewery. The nearest major city is Freudenstadt. Here it is wonderful to stroll on the big market place.

Wir haben eine durchweg angenehme Woche in der Ferienwohnung in Alpirsbach verbracht und können sie wärmstens empfehlen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schnelle Reaktion auf unsere Fragen – das Team der Schwarzwald Lounge war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns gut betreut.
Die Wohnung war technisch einwandfrei – während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es keine Probleme. In allen Räumen standen frische Tulpen sowie eine Decke für unseren Hund als Willkommensgeschenk bereit. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, die alles bietet, was man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub benötigt.
Der Bahnhof ist etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und da die S-Bahn immer pünktlich fährt, sind zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Schiltach, problemlos ohne Auto erreichbar.
Nach langen Wanderungen genossen wir die Infrarotsauna, die in nur 20 Minuten auf 60 Grad Celsius aufheizt und wunderbar entspannend war. Auch die Whirlwanne sorgte für Entspannung und ein Wohlgefühl.
Im Sommer könnte man zudem auf dem Balkon grillen, da die notwendige Ausrüstung vorhanden ist – eine schöne Möglichkeit, den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Wir können die FeWo Waldwiese wärmstens empfehlen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die stets schnelle Rückmeldung auf unsere Fragen. Das komplette Team war immer sehr freundlich und kulant. Es gab frische Tulpen bei Anreise sowie eine Decke für unseren Hund als Willkommensgeschenk. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Der Bahnhof ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, so sind viele sehenswerte Orte wie Schiltach problemlos ohne Auto zu erreichen. Jeden Abend haben wir die Infrarotsauna genossen, die sich in 20 Minuten auf 60 Grad aufheizt und wunderbar entspannend war. Auch die Whirlpoolbadewanne sorgte für Entspannung und Wohlbefinden. Im Sommer könnte man zudem auf dem Balkon grillen (alles Notwendige hierfür vorhanden).
