Holiday destination
The apartment is an ideal starting point for Stuttgart's sights as well as for the many cultural events, such as concerts and musicals. You can reach the city centre in a few minutes with public transport. A car is not necessary. The city centre offers many interesting experiences with the State Opera, the New Palace and Old Castle with Königsbau, and Königstraße with its many shops. Events: Spring Festival, Cannstatter Volksfest, Christmas market in Stuttgart and medieval Christmas market in nearby Esslingen, concerts and sporting events at the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle and the Porsche Arena offer a lot of variety.
Getting there
From the north: Drive the A 81/E 41 to the junction Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen and change to the B 10, signage: B 10/Korntal/S-Zentrum/S-Zuffenhausen. Upon entering Stuttgart, continue on the B 10 towards Esslingen, exit Gaisburger Brücke, via Ulmer Straße to Stuttgart-Wangen.
From the south: Drive the A 8 to exit Wendlingen, follow signage for Esslingen-Zentrum/B 313. In Plochingen change to the B 10, follow signage for Plochingen/Stuttgart/Esslingen B 10. B 10 exit Hedelfingen, drive parallel to the B 10 towards Hafen Nord, Otto-Konz-Brücken, keep to the left on the Otto-Konz-Brücken (bridge) to the Hedelfinger Straße intersection. Turn right and follow Ulmer Straße, at the market square turn left onto Ackerweg.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab eine persönliche und ausführliche Einführung in die Wohnung. Diese ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und darüber hinaus, einschließlich umfangreichem Infomaterial. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben auch den kleinen überdachten Balkon genossen, wo man den Tag bei Abendsonne ausklingen lassen kann. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad groß und modern, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (5 min) lässt einen die Stadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen, dabei liegt die Wohnung absolut ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch ganz in der Nähe. Und nicht zu vergessen: ein Privatparkplatz vor dem Haus.. Wir waren sehr froh und glücklich in dieser Wohnung!

Wir waren als 3 köpfige Familie (unser Sohn ist 9 Jahre alt) nun schon zum zweiten Mal bei Familie Rohm und in dieser Ferienwohnung. Vom ersten Kontakt bis hin zur Abreise einfach perfekt und so viel Freundlichkeit erlebt man selten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen gesehen ;-) Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr große Wohnung, viel Platz und super sauber! Es ist wirklich einfach alles perfekt, ohne wenn und aber!!! Ein Bonus, einige Getränke stehen im "Keller" gegen eine kleine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür und für uns Fußball-Freunde, bis zum Stadion ist es nicht weit ;-) wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den Herbst, wenn wir zum dritten Mal dort sind. Preis Leistung einfach unschlagbar und wie gesagt, ganz tolle Wohnung, absolute Empfehlung!!!
