Cancellation policy
Article 6: Cancellation
1. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the entrepreneur compensation. This amounts to:
- if cancellation occurs three months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs on the day of the start date: 100% of the agreed price.
2. The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus administrative costs if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part of this period.

In Groet and its surroundings, there's plenty to experience. From hiking through the dunes to swimming in the North Sea. You can also go horseback riding in Poelenburgh or visit the Beachcomber Museum, the Sea Aquarium, Broekerveiling, or the cheese market. And don't forget the summer evening markets.

Directions from Alkmaar:
Follow the N9 towards Den Helder/Schoorl. Turn left at Schoorldam towards Schoorl. After 800 meters, turn right towards Groet. After about 2 km on the right side.
Directions from Den Helder:
Follow the N9 towards Alkmaar. Turn right at Burgerbrug towards Petten. After 1400 m, turn left towards Camperduin. After 4250 m, turn left towards Groet. After about 1700 meters on the left side.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Häuschen! Mit dem Auto sind es genau fünf Minuten zum Strand Camperduin: feinster Sand, weitläufige Dünen, kein Trubel, erstaunlich wenige Touristen für Anfang Juli! Nach Schoorl: zehn Autominuten; nettes Mittelzentrum mit Supermarkt, Restaurant und Cafes. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter (spricht super deutsch und absolut hilfsbereit)! Alles in allem: viel gemütlicher als Egmond, Bergen oder Zandvoort!!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet! Groet in ein kleines nettes Dorf, es gibt einen Bäcker, eine Fleischerei, einen gut ausgestatten SparMarkt diverse Restaurants und Cafés. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Rad etwa 2km, der uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat!!! Auch Schoorl, Bergen, Alkmaar und Egmond sind mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
