The house is located on a 800 sqm property in the historic village centre, in the immediate vicinity of the Born harbour, facing south on to the coupling stream and the whale house.
To the east (bathroom and kitchen) the eye falls on a Low German hall house, to the west (bedroom, sitting room) on a small half-timbered house with thatched roof (former stable of the smallholding) and large fruit trees.
High-quality organic cooking, sailing opportunities (Zeesboot), passenger ferries to Prerow, Ahrenshoop and the mainland are 1 minute away.
