If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled 15 or less days before date of arrival, 100 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The house is situated on a large area, surrounded by a huge meadow. It has a beautiful view on the very nearby mountains of the Black Forest.
Baden-Baden is by car only 5 minutes away. Walking is an alternative via a nice and famous route, taking about 30 min. Or 5 min away walking is a bus stop going to the centre and other places.
Parking places are directly at the house. A washing machine and dryer is in the basement.

Sehr sauber

Direkt am Wald gelegen
20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum von Baden-Baden
Ein sehr schöner Park auf dem Weg dorthin
Hunde sind erlaubt
Es gibt sogar ein Hundebett mit einem Wassernapf, einem Futternapf und einer Decke
