We believe in honest communication with our guests. Our ground floor living spaces are beautifully finished and ready with all modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The upper floor remains unfinished as part of our long-term development plan, but this doesn't affect your experience at all — there's no ongoing construction noise during your visit, and the upstairs area is completely separate from your living space.
Our Developing Garden & Outdoor Space
We're completely transparent about our current state: we're at the very beginning of creating our Mediterranean garden. The 3,000 sqm property is currently a simple, natural space where we're gradually planting olive, orange, lemon, fig, and pomegranate trees. This means you're experiencing our property in its authentic starting phase — no established gardens or elaborate outdoor furniture yet, just the essential basics and our growing vision.
The outdoor furniture and terrace setup are practical and functional rather than luxurious — simple seating and basic amenities that get the job done while we develop the property over time.

This isn't just another vacation rental — it's our family's honest beginning of creating something special. We've focused on providing clean, functional basics where everything works properly, nothing is fancy, and you can experience the real Crete through genuine local connections.
We're completely upfront: our furniture is simple and practical, our garden is just starting, and our outdoor setup is basic. But what we lack in luxury, we make up for with authenticity, honesty, and a genuine desire to share this special location with travelers who appreciate being part of a real family's journey.
