Cancellation policy
A deposit must be paid upon conclusion of the contract. The deposit amount is 25% of the rental price. The deposit must be received by Rentals Egmond within 1 week / 7 days of the date of confirmation. The remaining amount must be received by Rentals Egmond no later than 6 weeks / 42 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations up to 42 calendar days (exclusive) before the arrival date: 25%;
for cancellations from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60%;
for cancellations from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90%;
For cancellations on the day of arrival or later: 100%.

Egmond aan Zee is located in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. The town boasts a sandy beach that stretches no less than 8 kilometers and is very popular with families. It is a pleasant place with a wide selection of restaurants, beach pavilions, and shops that are open daily throughout the year.
Egmond is an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. From Egmond, you can easily reach the artists’ town of Bergen, Schoorl, the cheese town of Alkmaar, or Castricum.
Getting there
On the A9, take the exit toward Alkmaar/Heiloo and follow the signs to the N9 (Alkmaar ring road). At the third traffic light, near the Sportpaleis Alkmaar, turn left toward Egmond. Follow the N512 (Hoeverweg) and then the signs to Egmond aan Zee. You’ll reach this charming coastal town via Egmond aan den Hoef.
Take the train to the Heiloo or Alkmaar station. From there, a bus runs regularly to Egmond aan Zee. The trip takes about 25–30 minutes. There are several bus stops in the town center and near the beach. From there, you can easily walk to your accommodations, depending on their location.

Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und die Lage direkt gegenüber vom Strand perfekt.Die Küchenausstattung ist zweckmäßig, es ist fast alles vorhanden._x000D_
Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen, eine wirklich nette_x000D_
Geste.Die vorhandenen Schränke reichen auch für einen_x000D_
längeren Aufenthalt.Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden._x000D_
Es ist auch eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine vorhanden,das steht nicht in der Beschreibung._x000D_
Es ist kein Luxusapartment,trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen.Siehe oben….
