Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the arrival date is free of charge. The deposit will be refunded in full.
If canceled up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, 60% of the total rental price will be charged.
If canceled up to 1 week before the arrival date, 80% of the total rental price will be charged.
Cancellations within 1 week before the arrival date and no-shows will be charged 90% of the total rental price.
No refunds will be made for early departures.

Die Unterkunft von Markus fiel uns direkt ins Auge, da wir genau in dieser Region etwas für sechs Personen plus einen Hund gesucht hatten. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit ihm war einfach und ging sehr schnell. Markus antwortete direkt offen und das Du wurde direkt angeboten. Vom ersten Moment bestand eine Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe.
Die Bezahlung verlief absolut unkompliziert und Markus machte sich sehr viel Mühe uns den Aufenthalt so unkompliziert und angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Mit Anfahrtsplänen und genauer bebilderter Beschreibungen wo wir überall parken und unsere Fahrräder abstellen können reisten wir absolut problemlos an.
Die Unterkunft ist ohne Ausnahme makellos. Frisch modern/gemütlich saniert - so, dass der Charm des Fachwerkhauses erkalten bleibt.
