Holiday destination

Achterwasser with sunbathing lawn and golf courses (2 x 18-, 1 x 9-hole course) adjacent to the house. The hiking and cycling trails leading to the nature reserve start right at the house. Natural landscapes - secluded but also in close proximity to the "Kaiserbäder" seaside resorts. The Benz windmill, the moated castle Mellenthin and Usedom's back country can be explored by bike or on foot.

Getting there

In Anklam, cross the Peenebrücke Zecherin to the island of Usedom, then on the B110 and B111 until Neppermin, make the turn towards Balm. Follow the road to Balm, make the turn leading to the golf hotel. Keep going straight ahead, right behind the golf hotel you'll see the Residenz am Balmer See.

Mein Mann und ich hatten die FeWo für ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht. Wir wollten Usedom nach langer Zeit wiederentdecken. Schon bei der Anreise war ich von der idyllischen Lage der Wohnung fasziniert. Fernab von allem Trubel mit Blick auf den Balmer See und das Achterwasser. In fußläufiger Nähe der Wald und die Halbinsel Cosim, mit der Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge. Für die Erkundung der anderen sehenswerte Plätze bzw. Orte, waren wir mit dem Auto unterwegs. Ebenso beim Einkaufen. Es gibt in der Nähe der Wohnanlage aber auch Mietfahrräder, die man über eine App buchen kann. Die FeWo liegt im 2. Stock - ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Wohnungsaufteilung ist gut und der Blick aus der Wohnküche unschlagbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top! Empfehlen kann ich das Fischlokal in Neppermin.

Herzlichen Dank an Fam. Kümpel für diese wunderbare Ferienwohnung. Wer Ruhe und Natur zum Ausspannen möchte - bekommt dies in der Residenz am Balmer See. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen sowie der Blick in die Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.
