The hiking and cycling trails leading to the nature reserve start right at the house.
Natural landscapes - secluded but also in close proximity to the "Kaiserbäder" seaside resorts.
The Benz windmill, the moated castle Mellenthin and Usedom's back country can be explored by bike or on foot.
Getting there
In Anklam, cross the Peenebrücke Zecherin to the island of Usedom, then on the B110 and B111 until Neppermin, make the turn towards Balm.
Follow the road to Balm, make the turn leading to the golf hotel. Keep going straight ahead, right behind the golf hotel you'll see the Residenz am Balmer See.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im 2. OG mit Blick auf das Achterwasser vom Sofa aus. Etwas abseits vom Trubel der Kaiserbäder, diese sind aber gut per Fahrrad erreichbar (ca. 11km). Über eine Fahrradstation von MV Rad in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man eBikes rund um die Uhr über eine App ausleihen. Schöner kleiner Saunabereich im Nachbarhaus kann genutzt werden. Ansonsten gibt es gegen Gebühr ein Wellnessbereich im benachbarten Golfhotel. Hier gibt es auch einen Brötchenservice.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach super. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, der Ausblick ist fantastisch besonders der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderschön.
Man kann hier absolute Ruhe genießen, begleitet vom Kuckuck und vielen anderen Vögeln. Mit etwas Glück sieht man sogar einen Biber.
Ein Fahrradverleih befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, was Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr bequem macht.
Nach nur wenigen Kilometern erreicht man die große Strandpromenade Kaiserbäder, die 12km lang ist und von Bansin bis nach Swinemünde, Polen, führt.
Es gibt viel Schönes zu entdecken.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf die tolle Aussicht auf den Balmer See.
