Our former single-family home, built in 1957 and completely renovated in 2025, is located on a quiet side street in Kappeln on a 760 m² plot. A variety of restaurants, cafés, locally owned shops, bakeries, and discount stores are just a 5- to 10-minute walk away. Picturesque, partly car-free bike paths lead to the Baltic Sea beaches and Germany's smallest town, Arnis.

After an energy-efficient renovation and conversion of three apartments, we created this attic apartment, which we hope to live in ourselves one day.

Wir sind aufgrund einer Empfehlung von unseren Verwandten auf diese Ferienwohnung aufmerksam geworden. Kurz entschlossen haben wir einen 7-tägigen Aufenthalt gebucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt und wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen. Familie Meyborg ist für Wünsche immer ansprechbar. Es ist eine gepflegte, gut ausgestattete helle Wohnung im 1. OG mit großzügigem Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich, Balkon, geräumigem Duschbad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen kann mitgenutzt werden. PKW-Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in optimaler Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Promenade an der Schlei mit viel Gastronomie, die Fußgängerzone, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung

Wir haben die Wohnung direkt über die nette Familie Meyborg gebucht. Sie sind bei Fragen/notwendigen Tipps, z. B. zur Umgebung/kulinarischen Genüssen immer ansprechbar und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist modern, neuwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail super gemütlich und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Balkon: Ein Traum, Sonne pur! Das Auto kann bequem auf einem für Gäste reservierten Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Für Fahrräder gibt es eine abschließbare Garage mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes. Der Hafen/die Schlei/die Innenstadt von Kappeln sind fußläufig in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns "pudelwohl" gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder und können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.
