Holiday destination
Two wonderfully located bathing lakes lie within a distance of 1 and 1.5 km and are very refreshing during the summer months.
In winter, there are wonderful cross-country skiing tracks where even the world champions practise. The next access to a skiing track is only 200 metres from the house.
Alpine skiers will love the family skiing area Kranzberg-Luttensee. The ski bus takes you there and back again right from the house.
There are other skiing areas within 15 to 20 minutes drive in Seefeld or Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Snowboarders (Freeriding) can give proof of their abilities on Germany's longest downhill track in Dammkar (Karwendelbahn).

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt
Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die frischen und hygienischen Bettwäsche und Handtücher ,man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.
Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Badezimmer war modern, sehr sauber und einfach top.
Man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert hier auf Qualität, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man im Alltag benötigt. Der Ort ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, auch mit Kindern.
Dennoch fühlten wir uns im Allgemeinen nicht wirklich wohl. Die Kinder wurden schon bei der Ankunft um ruhiges Verhalten in der Wohnung gebeten und auch sonst fehlte es uns etwas an Herzlichkeit, die wir durch andere Urlaube in Ferienwohnungen zu schätzen wissen.
