The house is a lovingly-restored beach-style villa - located right on the fashionable Binz beach promenade and the fine sandy beach. Outside the apartment there is the promenade with access to the sandy Baltic beach. You can use (seasonal) your own beach chair free for the entire duration of your stay.
Enjoy the comfortably furnished balcony with deckchair the magnificent view over the rooftops of Binz. Until late in the evening the sun shines.
The exclusive and newly-appointed 50 square meter apartment is flooded with light. It is on the 3rd Floor and has a lovely furnished and bright living room with sofa bed and dining table, a large flat screen TV, cable TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a stereo with iPhone-/iPod-Dockingstation and a separate bedroom with flat screen TV and free safe. There is also a the living room adjoining, very well equipped kitchen with all the amenities from home know (dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob with 4 plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, quality porcelain, complete coffee and tea service, etc.). In addition, the apartment has a luxurious bathroom with bidet, hair dryer, makeup mirror, a balcony (beach chair, table, chairs and parasol are available) etc.
From the bedroom you have a beautiful view of the sea and 370 meters long pier imposing Binzer.

The apartment has a baby bed with separate mattress and changing pad as well as a height adjustable highchair. A children's wheel by Kettler is present. These facilities can be booked if required for free.

Ein Urlaub in Binz zur Winterzeit bedeutet anregende Spaziergänge am Meer, bekommende klare Luft, gefühlsbetonte Abende mit Kerzenschein und Feuerzangenbowle und Wellness in vielen Facetten.
Das Appartement "Strandpromenade" befindet sich in bester Lage, in der Mitte der historischen Strandpromenade, unmittelbar am schönen Sandstrand. Der breite weiße Strand zieht sich kilometerweit entlang der Bucht und macht Binz zu einem absoluten Badeparadies. Die Binzer Bäderarchitektur erstrahlt hier in ihrem vollsten Glanz. Die Seebrücke, der Kurplatz und das Zentrum mit vielen gemütlichen Straßencafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (ca. 500 Meter).
