Night-Biathlon in Fischbachau.
Start under floodlight at the sports ground in Fischbachau. It is an adventure for the young and the old.
You will only need your own equipment for cross country skiing.
Start: from 08.01.2013 every Tuesday from 6pm to 9pm. Depending on snow conditions.
Holiday destination
The holiday home is not far from the forest and the Leitzach, which our valley was named after.
You have a lovely view to the mountains called Wendelstein, Breitenstein, Aiplspitze and Jägerkamp.
For summiteers there are the many mountain tops right at our doorstep.
It is just 2km to the centre of Fischbachau, with its much frequented baroque church, pilgrimage chapel Birkenstein and our swimming pool with warm water.
In winter there is a cross country ski track close by.
Only 20min by car to the ski and hiking areas Sudelfeld and Spitzingsee with their more than 40 ski lifts and cable cars.
Getting there
Motorway exit Wayern, towards Miesbach. Please turn left towards Fischbachau at the traffic lights after the roundabout. Then drive to the centre of Fischbachau. At the narrowing of the road turn right in acute-angle. Follow the street for 1 km and keep right after the Leitzach-bridge. After 1km you will reach the district Faistenau. Please turn left and after 100m you will arrive at Ferienhaus Alt on the right-hand side.

Wir sind bei der Familie Alt so gut aufgenommen worden wie lange nicht mehr. Zu unserer Überraschung, war die Wohnung und die Ausstattung wie beschrieben sehr gut. Das ist nicht überall so ! Alles sauber und ordentlich. Bayerisch gemütlich eben. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Dann gab es einen wunderschönen und gemütlichen Gästeabend wo man sich bei einem tollen Essen und einem zünftigen Radler mit den anderen Gästen austauschen konnte. Alles in allem, kann ich gar nicht so viel schreiben wie ich möchte. Probiert es einfach selbst einmal aus. Liebe Grüße nach Fischbachau ! Martina und Michael
