Skiing-area Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Fiederbrunn with one ski pass. 5 minutes by car to the lift. For those who don't want to go skiing: The cleared and scattered winter hiking trails start in front of the house. You can reach the village (through the Ullachtal) in nearly 30 minutes. There is a toboggan run in front of the house. You can go to Saalfelden and Zell am See to go shopping. Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached in nearly one hour. There are a sauna, a museum and a show mine in Leogang.

Holiday destination

Our holiday flat is located at the foot of the Leogang stone mountains. Because the holiday apartment is a standalone location at the end of a residential street, it is very quiet. In front of the house are hiking trails which are cleared and scattered also in winter. The skiing area and the cross-country ski trail can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Bicycle and mountain bike tours and Europe's biggest Downhill Park are in town. Right in front of the holiday apartment, you can collect berries and mushrooms.

Getting there

Motorway Munich-Salzburg until exit Kufstein Süd. Direction St. Johann in Tyrol. Nearly two hours from München via Fieberbrunn and Hochfilzen to Leogang. In the town centre at the bakery "Ritter" you need to turn left. You need to bear left from the direction "Bergdorf Priesteregg" and drive out of the mountain. Below the parking area "Priesteregg" you should follow the wooden shield to "Ullachtal". You need to reach the second house on the left side of the private road. You can also take the train until Saalfelden or Leogang Stone mountains. With the air plane, you can go to Munich or Salzburg.

Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung Van Melis wunderschöne Tage! Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage direkt am Waldrand, ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns alle genial: die Kinder konnten sich morgens in den Bikepark hinunter rollen lassen, wir haben direkt vom Haus aus schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen unternommen. Frau van Melis ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, wir haben von ihr wirklich gute Tipps für weitere Unternehmungen in der Region erhalten - und auf jeden Fall genug, um noch mehrmals wiederzukommen!

Wat een fantastische week hebben wij gehad in dit ruime huis. Het is schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. De keuken is zeer compleet. Christiane is super aardig en als je iets nodig hebt erg behulpzaam. Alleen de weg omhoog in de sneeuw was even spannend. Vergeet je sneeuwkettingen niet.
