Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation by the guest
1.1. If the guest explicitly cancels the rental agreement no later than 29 days before the start of the rental agreement, the cancellation is free of charge and payments already made will be fully refunded within seven days.
1.2. In the event of an express cancellation by the guest made 28 days or less before the start of the rental agreement, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. Additional services booked will be fully refunded within seven days. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
2. Cancellation by the owner
The owner is entitled to terminate the rental agreement for good cause. An important reason exists in particular if the guest violates the applicable rental conditions, does not make the agreed payments on time or seriously damages the holiday apartment, whether intentionally or negligently. In these cases, the guest is obliged to vacate the holiday apartment immediately. In these cases, rents that have already been paid will not be reimbursed.
2.1 If the holiday apartment is demonstrably destroyed by fire, water, storm or similar natural event or damaged to such an extent that it is no longer habitable, the owner is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement and terminate it without notice.

Restaurants, shops and the Seepark shopping centre are all within easy walking distance. Fresh bread is available right outside, while Bäckerei Junge with sea views is just a two-minute walk away. A stroll takes you to the pier or into the nearby beech forest. Enjoy short distances and true Baltic Sea feeling.
Getting there
As Villa Frisia is located on the traffic-calmed Seestraße, the front of the building is not directly accessible by car.
The parking deck is located at the rear of the villa and can be conveniently reached via the following address:

For access, please use Fischerweg and then continue via the rear section of Bergstraße. From there, you can drive directly to the parking deck.

Die hübsche Wohnung hat durch die Nähe zum Strand eine super Lage und ist trotzdem traumhaft ruhig. Fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen war die Anreise mit dem Zug sehr bequem. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine Ausleihstation für MV-Räder, so dass wir vor Ort mobil waren. Die Wohnung bietet eine Menge außergewöhnlicher Annehmlichkeiten - sogar Windschutz und Sonnenschirm für den entspannten Strandaufenthalt. Wir haben es genossen, vor dem Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse in die Ostsee zu springen und auf dem Rückweg vom Bäcker nebenan frische Brötchen zu holen. Danke für diesen schönen Rückzugsort und für einen herrlich erholsamen Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Wohnung wo wir mit unserem Hund eine schöne Zeit verbringen durften.
Als vorhanden was auch zuhause hat ,es wurde einfach an alles gedacht.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
