Cancellation policy
The payment arrangement is as follows:
1. 30% of the total rental amount with additional costs. This part of the invoice must be transferred immediately after receipt of the reservation confirmation. The reservation is final once you have booked the villa of your choice via email or online reservation system. The reservation conditions then apply.
2. The remaining rental amount of 70% must be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
In the case of a short-term booking, i.e. eight weeks or less before the start of the rental period, you must pay the full rental amount including additional costs immediately. In the case of a booking from 2 weeks or less before the start of the rental period, you must pay the entire amount immediately, including the additional invoice mentioned below.
3. The costs of extra options booked by you will be settled with the deposit. The extra services such as towel packages and pool heating, must be booked at least two weeks before arrival at the villa.
