Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel 27 days prior to arrival we only keep the down payment of 20%. 2 weeks prior to arrival we have to withhold 50% of the rent. If cancelled 1 week before arrival date we are sorry, but will not be able to refund the payment.

Roxel has a very good infrastructure with doctors, shopping and diners. It is very close to the universityand university clinic of Muenster, which makes it very attractive for guest professorships or family of long-term patients in the hospital. A farmers market on friday afternoons offers many regional products. The Werse Radweg as well as the 100-castle-route supply many possibilities for wonderful bike tours. Via "Muenster Marketing" you can find alot of information about events in and around Muenster.
Getting there
The house is in ROXEL... not Havixbeck!! It's very easy to get here. Only about 5 km from the Autobahn A1, A43 and the B54.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Ausstattung, alles drin, plus ein bisschen mehr (z.B. eine gefüllte Kaffeedose, komplette Ausstattung zum Abwaschen und Geschirrspültabs). Alles ist nett und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zu Fuß zum Bäcker etwas weiter, mit dem Auto ein Klacks. 2 separate Bäder plus separates WC waren für unsere Gruppe sehr geschickt, Besonders nett waren die "Kleinigkeiten" wie 2 Gläschen Marmelade, ein Schälchen Konfekt zur Begrüßung, Holzvorrat im Keller zum gemütlichen Heizen vom Ofen.
Wir überlegen, ob wir wieder Silvester bei Ihnen verbringen, dann aber zu sechst!

Wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit über Weihnachten in Münster und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter! Es ist riesig, mit einem tollen großen Wohnzimmer, wo wir vor allem den Kamin genossen haben und bietet alles, was es für entspannte Ferien braucht. Unsere Kinder haben sich über die Hunde (vor allem die liebe Asche) und die Vögel gefreut, wir über die wunderbare Ruhe und die sehr netten Vermieter, die völlig unkompliziert all unsere Wünsche erfüllt haben. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür!

Schön, dass es Ihnen bei uns so gut gefallen hat. Der Kamin ist schön, aber in einem Sommerurlaub ist die große Terrasse auch nicht zu verachten und ein Spaziergang mit Asche macht den Kindern sicher auch Spaß ! :-) Viele Grüße wach Köln! August und Lore Terwort
