Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel 27 days prior to arrival we only keep the down payment of 20%. 2 weeks prior to arrival we have to withhold 50% of the rent. If cancelled 1 week before arrival date we are sorry, but will not be able to refund the payment.

Roxel has a very good infrastructure with doctors, shopping and diners. It is very close to the universityand university clinic of Muenster, which makes it very attractive for guest professorships or family of long-term patients in the hospital. A farmers market on friday afternoons offers many regional products. The Werse Radweg as well as the 100-castle-route supply many possibilities for wonderful bike tours. Via "Muenster Marketing" you can find alot of information about events in and around Muenster.
Getting there
The house is in ROXEL... not Havixbeck!! It's very easy to get here. Only about 5 km from the Autobahn A1, A43 and the B54.

Wir waren mit 5 Freunden für ein verlängertes Wochenende bei Familie Torwart. Das Haus ist großzügig, einladend sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die tolle Terrasse und den schönen Garten konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Wald und Feldern (wunderbar um gut zu schlafen), aber nicht weit vom Bahnhof Roxel. Von dort ist man in knapp 15 min am Hauptbahnhof Münster. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter haben jede Menge Tipps für Unternehmungen und gute Locations.
Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
