Die Bilder spiegeln nicht den wirklichen Zustand wieder. Das Haus ist abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Eine Grundreinigung ist dringend nötig. Im Obergeschoss fallen tote Ameisen von den Deckenbalken und das obere Bad kann von Personen, die größer als 1,60m nicht genutzt werden. Kein warmes Wasser in der Küche, beim Duschen schwankt es zwischen heiß und kalt. Die Küchenutensilien sind abgenutzt und waren teilweise nicht sauber bei der Anmietung. Die Reinigung allgemein war mangelhaft.
Der Garten ist ungepflegt und wie die Terrasse nicht für Kinder geeignet.
Nur dem erfrischenden Pool kann man 5 Sterne gegeben, wo bei auch hier mal etwas Geld in den Außenbereich investiert werden müsste. Da hat der Eigentümer aber anscheinend nicht nötig.

Sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Finca. Die Inneneinrichtung eine Mischung aus traditionell und modern. Der riesige Aussenbereich könnte durchaus eine Renovierung vertragen. Auch der wirklich schöne Pool könnte noch ein Upgrade vertragen um perfekt zu sein. Aber auch so kann man sich hier wohlfühlen. Super positiv war der Service. Poolpumpe war kaputt und wurde innerhalb eines Tages erneuert. Ein Klimagerät in der oberen Etage wäre auch noch nett.
Lage perfekt. Campos, colonia st. Jordi, es trenc und santanyi in wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen.
