Cancellation policy
For cancellations, we have the following policy:
up to 30 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price will be charged;
from 29 to 15 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price will be charged;
from 14 to 8 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price will be charged;
from 7 to 1 day before the start of the trip, 80% of the rental price will be charged;
in case of no-show, 95% of the rental price will be forfeited.
We recommend all our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The house is located on the western, sunny side of the island, which is rightly called 'the beautiful' or 'the green island'. It is a detached house, away from the road yet not isolated. Just 4 km away, you can find a variety of shopping options in the town of Los Llanos or in the village of El Paso. And very close by is one of the best restaurants on the island, Tasca Catalina, which has already been recommended in Essen & Trinken!
Getting there
Condor and Airberlin fly to La Palma from various German airports.
Iberia offers direct flights from Madrid to La Palma. You can also travel via Gran Canaria or Tenerife and from there with the Canary airline Binter.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit schönen, aussichtsreichen Sitzplätzen rund um das Haus und einem wunderschön angelegten Garten. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung des Inserats entsprechen exakt den Begebenheiten vor Ort. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und verbindlich, die Abwicklung der An- und Abreise unkompliziert. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war immer erreichbar.
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus El Morrito sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute im El Morrito zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut erreichbar. In El Paso gibt es zwei große Supermarkte und einige Restaurants. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, die Lage, die Aussicht und das gesamte Grundstück sind einfach
sehr toll. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber vor und nach der Reise ist super und sehr angenehm. Wir können das El Morrito sehr empfehlen und hoffen und in den nächsten Jahren mal wieder Gäste zu sein.
