Holiday destination
The holiday home is part of the Roca Serena holiday complex, which borders directly on a nature reserve in the northwest. Just 100m to the east are the impressive sea cliffs, from which you can enjoy sweeping views over the sea and along the coastline. To the south is the bathing bay Cala Serena, which can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot, and the larger Cala Ferre-ra in about 9 minutes on foot. Casa Lesandar is also a good starting point for exploring the island by car. You can reach the holiday complex by car via its own protected driveway; video-monitored parking spaces are available within the complex. The small settlement of Cala Serena, near the holiday resort of Cala d'Or, is located in the southeast of the island and is one of the sunniest places on Mallorca.

Das Ferienhaus von Alex war sehr schön und hat uns einen super Aufenthalt auf Mallorca ermöglicht. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank, lieber Alex und gerne wieder...

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 3 Mädels und haben uns super wohl gefühlt!
Von Duschgel, Bodymilk, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Waschmittel war alles bereit gestellt :) Die Küche war auch super eingerichtet, wir haben uns sogar jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft mit der vorhandenen Presse zubereiten können :) Lediglich das Besteck könnte für 3 oder 4 Personen in einer etwas größeren Anzahl verfügbar sein. Für den Strand haben wir sogar eine Kühltasche in der Garage gefunden!
Einen Sonnenschirm gab es leider nicht, den haben wir nun als kleines Geschenk dem Bestand beigefügt und hoffen, dass sich die zukünftigen Gäste darüber freuen :)
Der nächste Strand ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und max. 10 Minuten fahrt noch mehr.
Einen Parkplatz haben wir auch immer vorm Haus gefunden :)
