Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels or terminates the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation
- up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
- thereafter (later than 21 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
The deposit of approximately 30% will be taken into account in this case.
Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to re-rent the property. If a replacement tenant is found for the rental period, the corresponding rental payments from the substitute tenant will be credited.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the day on which the landlord receives the notice.

Getting there
Coming from Quimper, head towards Audierne or Pointe du Raz until Plogoff. The house is located right before the entrance to the town.

Super Ferien Wohnung in erholsamer Umgebung. Hatte auch nicht wie manch anderer ein Problem mit dem Wasserdruck oder der Matratze. Auch haben mir zwei Kochplatten völlig gereicht in einer Ferienwohnung ?

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit meiner ( Traum ) Ferienwohnung. Also Traum kann man das nicht nennen._x000D_
Es geht mit der Küche los es sind zwei Herdplatten das was. Kein Ofen und keine Mikrowelle. Letztendlich muss ich täglich auswärts essen gehn was sehr teuer ist. Dann hätte ein Privatzimmer gereicht._x000D_
Das Bett stein hart._x000D_
Das Bad viel zu Klein, bei der Dusche kommt zwar Wasser aber kein Druck drauf._x000D_
Balkon 2 m entfernt ein Hornissennest. Sollte ich gestochen werden gibt es ein Nachspiel._x000D_

Das einzige was neu ist sind die Deckenlampen der Rest ist Spermüll und herunter gekommen._x000D_

Ich kann mir für den Preis nie wieder vorstellen hier zu wohnen. Dann wäre ich lieber zuhause geblieben.
