Die Ferienwohnung ist uneingeschränkt Rollstuhl gerecht. Der Zugang von der Tiefgarage bis in die Wohnung ist barierefrei. Die Türen, in der Tiefgarage, können über Taster geöffnet werden. Innerhalb der Wohnung und der Tiefgarage sind alle Türen für einen 73cm breiten Rollstuhl breit genug. Im Badezimmer kann das Waschbecken mit dem Rollstuhl unterfahern werden. Die Dusche ist mit einem Duschsitz und die Toilette mit einer entsprechenden Höhe und Haltegriffen ausgestattet. In der Küchenzeile ist die Spüle nicht zu unterfahren.
Die Wohnung / Küche ist mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Der Zustand bei der Übernahme ist absolut sauber.
