Jabel is a small quiet town in the Mecklenburg Lake District.
A wonderful piece of land with unspoiled nature invites you to hike, bike, to boating and fishing.
There is also a swimming beach, a sports field and a village market in the near vicinity.
Getting there
The easiest way is to travel by car to your house.
Directions:
A19 towards Rostock, exit Malchow, follow the signs for "Waren" and then right on the side street across Silz to Jabel.
In Jabel follow the signs campsite, continue on this road a few hundred meters until you can turn right into a dirt road "Am Schwalbenberg ".
At the end of this road on the right Schwalbenberg 44, right-detached house, 17194 Jabel.
Or:
Take the train to the railway station Waren (Müritz) or to the railway station Schwenzin and then take a taxi to the house.

Es ist ein großzügige Doppelhaushälfte mit viel Platz. Die Raumaufteilung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, WOZI im 1. OG mit sehr viel Platz. Im EG befindet sich das Esszimmer mit Kamin, daneben die große, neue Küche und das Elternschlafzimmer als auch ein Bad mit Dusche / WC und großem Waschbecken. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was die Hausfrau zum Kochen benötigt, große, ausreichende Töpfe, Messer, Schüsseln, Pfannen, einfach super. Im Souterrain befindet sich die Sauna und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Es gibt eine voll funktionierende Waschmaschine im Souterrain, als auch Wäscheständer und Wäscheklammern sind vorhanden. In der Abstellkammer, EG, findet sich alles was man für eine Reinigung benötigt, prima. Wer ein Neubau erwartet findet das nicht vor. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank

Ich habe dort zwei Wochen Urlaub gemacht. Ich war mit der Wohnung vollkommen zufrieden. Man darf auch den Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht vergessen. Und ich bin nicht ganz so wählerisch wie manche Leute. Für mich allein war es sehr schön und entspannend.
Ich muss jedoch betonen, dass ich die Wohnung für vier Personen nicht empfehlen kann. Sie ist dafür definitiv zu klein. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass es bei Regen oder Kälte keinen gemütlichen Platz zum Essen gibt. Ich denke jedoch, dass das in einer Wohnung nicht notwendig ist.
Die große Dusche hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Für den Preis und für bis zu zwei Personen würde ich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten!
Da sich der Preis nicht ändert, ob ich mit einer oder vier Personen reise, würde ich sie anderen empfehlen.
Der Fernseher funktionierte einwandfrei, und es gab eine schöne und bequeme Sitzgelegenheit vor der Wohnung mit einem Tisch und einem Sonnenschirm.
Die Wohnung war sauber und auch funktional eingerichtet.
