Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. For cancellations up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For later cancellations, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged, minus services not utilized, provided these are not included as a flat rate in the daily or weekly price according to the price list.

These include the two fantastic pools surrounded by lawns and palm trees, the tennis court available for everyone to use, and parking spaces. The house comes with a reserved parking spot. Nearby, there are several restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away!
Getting there
You can arrive by bus, the stop is just a few meters from the entrance gate. There is a reserved parking space for your car. The airports of Valencia or Alicante are each just under an hour's drive away.
