Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival.
42.-28. For cancellations 28–42 days before arrival, 20% of the rental fee must be paid. For cancellations 21–27 days before arrival, 50% of the rental fee must be paid. For cancellations 14–20 days before arrival, 80% of the rental fee must be paid. For cancellations fewer than 13 days before arrival, 100% of the rental fee must be paid.

Hiking, Nordic walking, or cycling along the dyke in either direction – turn left for the inland marina and yacht harbour with a restaurant and fitness trail or right for the Görmitz bird sanctuary island and Gnietz. Aquatic sports on the Achterwasser lagoon or the Baltic Sea.
Holiday destination
Our holiday home is particularly suitable for a multi-generational holiday. All rooms have underfloor heating, so four-legged guests, who are very welcome, can warm up too. A handcart is available for guests to use. The beach is about 2,000 m away.
The magnificent Achterwasser lagoon with its great cycle paths is only 200 m away. Direct access from the garden. Wi-Fi on site. The home also has two large TV sets with DVD players.
Getting there
Coming from the west (Hamburg), take the A1 and A20 motorways to the Gützkow exit (27). Then continue via Wolgast to the island of Usedom and on to Zinnowitz.
Take the first turning on the right towards Neuendorf 200 m after the town sign. After 500 m, you will reach the “Am Achterwasser” holiday home settlement.
Coming from the south (Berlin), take the A11 and A20 motorways to the Friedland exit (33). Then continue on the B197 to Anklam and take the B109/B110 via Zecherin, Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf to Zinnowitz. In Zinnowitz, follow the signs towards Neuendorf.

Wir waren zu zweit und haben die ruhige Lage am Achterwasser sowie die super gute Ausstattung (u.a. Sauna, Jacuzzi, Strandkörbe) genossen. Der freie Blick über die Wiese bis hin zum Hafen des Achterwassers ist unbezahlbar.
Wir haben hier ein Haus gefunden, welches mit viel Liebe bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet wurde.
Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter und kommen wieder.
