Cancellation policy
The holiday home is firmly booked by the tenants. If the tenants do not commence their journey - for whatever reasons - the landlord is entitled to the deposit. The landlord will attempt to re-rent the holiday home. If successful, the tenants receive 90 percent of their rental fee back. If re-renting is not successful, the tenants must pay 50 percent of the remaining payment, provided they declare their withdrawal in writing at least six weeks before the rental period begins. If the tenants withdraw in the last six weeks before the rental period begins, and another tenant cannot be found, then 90 percent of the remaining payment is due to the landlord. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Sint Maarten is located 5.5 km away from the fine and endlessly long sandy beach and offers a special tranquility with a village character. Excursions to Alkmaar, Haarlem, the Ijsselmeer, the West Frisian Islands, or the cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam, are more than enough for a vacation. Bicycle tours in good weather can be enjoyed nowhere more beautifully than in North Holland.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes und luxuriöses ausgestattetes Haus in Sint Maarten vorgefunden. 3 SZ, 2 Toiletten und ein Duschbad mit Badewanne gehören zur Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit einer vollautomatischen Kaffeemaschine hat den Urlaub natürlich nochmal aufgewertet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Hiermit eine 100%tige Weiterempfehlung!
