The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation, the owner will charge damages, as follows:
Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival 10% of the rental price
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before arrival 30% of the rental price
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before arrival 60% of the rental price.
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days prior to rental period 80% of the rental price
Cancellation 11 days prior to rental period up to start of the rental period 90% of the rental price

Zum wiederholten Male waren wir in diesem Ferienhaus. Ein zwar älteres Haus mit älterer Einrichtung. Aber das ist auch das Besondere. Man fühlt sich eher Zuhause als in ein anderen kommerziell geführten Haus. Ein wunderschönen Wintergarten wo man herrlich frühstücken kann. Die Terrasse,der Garten und ein neuer Strandkorb lädt zum Verweilen ein. Und noch etwas hat das Haus. Eine riesige Kiefer thron darüber die schon etwas ganz ganz besonders ist. Die absolute Nähe zum Strand und die Ruhe dort ist empfehlenswert. Im Schlafzimmer morgens beim Wachwerden die großen Fähren auf der Ostsee zubeobachten ist ein Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Deckenhöhe für die oberen Schlafräume ist sehr niedrig.
Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Aber der Wintergarten und die gepflegt Außenanlage haben für einen erholsamen Urlaub geführt.

Moin Herr Heute. Danke für die Bewertung. Ihre Beanstandungen kann ich gut nachvollziehen, aber die Bebauungspläne ließen uns nicht viel Spielraum. Ich finde die Dusche auch etwas zu eng...
