Das Haus ist super toll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Nur an die zwei Ebenen muss man sich halt gewöhnen.
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Bis zum Restaurant by Hendrik etwa 3 km, sehr zu empfehlen und zu Edeka gute 4 km.
