Ziemlich kleine Hütte mit moderner Inneneinrichtung. Liegt zusammen mit drei anderen Hütten am Ende der Straße auf einem Berg, ist aber dennoch von Bäumen und Büschen umgeben. Der Eigentümer möchte, dass einige Äste entfernt werden, die bei starkem Wind störende Geräusche verursachen können Das Ferienhaus scheint für einige Personen und Haustiere geeignet zu sein (Katzenluken sind vorhanden)
