Der Swimmingpool brannte im Juli ab, was jedoch auf der Website nicht erwähnt wurde, und es gab viel Schimmel im Ferienhaus, wodurch meine 0-jährige Tochter krank wurde.

da sie immer noch nicht geantwortet haben , hier nochmals meine Bitte um Rückmeldung:
Entgegen ihrer schriftlich getätigten Buchungszusage, wurde uns von der Fa. Roompot vor Ort mitgeteilt, dass keine Unterkunft für uns reserviert ist. Wir mussten eine neue Unterkunft buchen und bezahlen.
Mehrmalige Versuche, telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, waren erfolglos.
Ich bitte Sie daher auf diesem Wege, um umgehende Rücküberweisung des Betrages in Höhe von 398,95 Euro . Den Sachverhalt habe ich mittlerweile auch bei Paypal gemeldet.
