Cancellation policy We are well aware that important events can prevent, delay or interrupt your holiday, so we recommend our guests take out travel cancellation insurance. For cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, we charge our guests € 300. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, you'll be charged 50% of the total amount. If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, you'll be charged the full amount. Early departure/Late arrival In this case, we ask our guests to understand that we have to charge the entire price for the house.

Getting there

Austria: From Vienna via the southern motorway (A2) - Graz-Klagenfurt. From there, continue via Feldkirchen-Bad Kleinkirchheim-Plass/Wiedweg/Patergassen or Vienna (Wien) - Semmering - Bruck an der Mur - Scheifling - Murau - Predlitz -Turracherhöhe - Ebene Reichenau - Patergassen - Plass/Wiedweg/Patergassen. Germany: Munich (München) -Salzburg-Tauern motorway (A10) - exit Millstätter See - main road to Bad Kleinkirchheim - Plass/Wiedweg/Patergassen. If you want to avoid paying the tunnel fee at the Tauern tunnel, leave the A10 at the exit Radstadt/Graz. In Radstadt, continue towards Villach via Obertauern until Mauterndorf. From there, you'll want to drive in the direction of Murau until you reach Predlitz. Continue towards Turrach - Turracherhöhe - Ebene Reichenau - Patergassen - Wiedweg/Plass.
