Cancellation policy
We are well aware that important events can prevent, delay or interrupt your holiday, so we recommend our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
For cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, we charge our guests € 300. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, you'll be charged 50% of the total amount. If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, you'll be charged the full amount.

In this case, we ask our guests to understand that we have to charge the entire price for the house.

Getting there
Austria:
From Vienna via the southern motorway (A2) - Graz-Klagenfurt. From there, continue via Feldkirchen-Bad Kleinkirchheim-Plass/Wiedweg/Patergassen or
Vienna (Wien) - Semmering - Bruck an der Mur - Scheifling - Murau - Predlitz -Turracherhöhe - Ebene Reichenau - Patergassen - Plass/Wiedweg/Patergassen.
Germany:
Munich (München) -Salzburg-Tauern motorway (A10) - exit Millstätter See - main road to Bad Kleinkirchheim - Plass/Wiedweg/Patergassen.
If you want to avoid paying the tunnel fee at the Tauern tunnel, leave the A10 at the exit Radstadt/Graz.
In Radstadt, continue towards Villach via Obertauern until Mauterndorf. From there, you'll want to drive in the direction of Murau until you reach Predlitz. Continue towards Turrach - Turracherhöhe - Ebene Reichenau - Patergassen - Wiedweg/Plass.
