Insgesamt macht das Haus einen soliden Eindruck. Die Terrassendielung benötigt eine Erneuerung...wir saÃ_x009f_en auf Grund der Witterung nicht drauÃ_x009f_en.
Nachteil bei diesen Temperaturen ist die elektrische Heizung in den Zimmern. Das ist schon ein ordentlicher Kostenfaktor,zumal es relativ schnell kalt wird in den oberen Schlafräumen. Alle Räume werden elektrisch beheizt.
Vorteilhaft ist der kurze Weg zum Strand.

Haus sehr gut. Genügend Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Super Lage - kurzer Weg zum Strand. Check-In leider erst ab 16 Uhr möglich. Check-Out war für 9 bis 10 Uhr angekündigt, aber erst 9:45 Uhr möglich.
