In its 286,83 m2 of living space, Villa Miri III provides accommodation for a total of 10 guests on
three spacious floors. The villa features 4 airy bedrooms equipped with a comfortable double bed. In
addition to the double bed, two bedrooms also feature a sofa bed for one guest. Three bedrooms and
one bathroom with a shower are located on the second floor of the villa while the first floor features
one bathroom with a shower and the remaining two rooms, one of which has its own en-suite
bathroom. The ground floor of the villa consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining
area, and a comfortable living room with Smart TV and a large sofa bed. On the ground floor of the
villa, there is also a separate toilet and storage at your disposal. Villa Miri III is fully air-conditioned
while the bathrooms are also equipped with underfloor heating. Here every guest will feel at home.
Since the villa is pet-friendly, you are welcome to bring your furry friends with you.
The stunning roof terrace of Villa Miri III features a lovely SwimSpa pool, ideal for relaxing while
enjoying the view of the sea. In the fully fenced yard, guests have at their disposal a beautiful. Guests
are welcome to sunbathe on comfortable sun loungers by the pool. The outdoor charcoal grill is
available for you to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. The offer of the villa includes 2

We also ask you to call us about 1 hour in advance to arrange the handover of the keys.
Please prepare your passports or ID cards before your arrival (we have to check you on-site - e visitors) and also the rest of the payment in cash (HRK/€) and the deposit (300 €).
