Die von uns gebuchten Wäschepakete waren nicht vorhanden. Diese wurden zwar über Belvilla vermittelt, aber offenbar nicht an DanCenter weitergeleitet. Das Ferienhaus ist ansonsten geräumig und angenehm, wurde aber leider nicht richtig gereinigt. Der Boden wurde nicht richtig gesaugt oder gewischt. Türen und Schränke waren im Bereich der Griffe verschmutzt. Auch die Fenster waren verschmutzt und das Bad (inkl. Boden) wurde nicht richtig geputzt. Auf der Dunstabzugshaube befand sich eine eklige Substanz.
